Chris Van Den Berg | Nike Jr. EYBL Head Coach (14u) and Trainer

Coach V has been a part of Central Indiana basketball for over 20 years, with experience at nearly every level. He spent several years on the Varsity coaching staffs at both Carmel High School and University High School. Additionally, he helped found the Indiana Primetime program, where he worked extensively with younger players. For the past few years, he has coached on the UAA and Pro 16 circuits with Grand Park Premier.

Dorian Clark | Academy Head Coach and Elite Trainer

Coach Dorian Clark is a former Division I basketball coach, having coached at VCU and Jacksonville University, and previously at nationally recognized Montverde Academy. He is also an NBA trainer who has worked with over 100 NBA players throughout his career. Over the past two years alone, he has helped develop eight NBA first-round draft picks, including NBA Rookie of the Year Stephon Castle.

Coach Clark is a believer in Christ, a devoted husband, and a proud father. His mission as a coach is to ensure every player has a positive, growth-centered experience while learning lessons—on and off the court—that will stay with them for the rest of their lives.

Kellen Dunham | Academy Head Coach and Head Trainer

Coach Kellen Dunham, former Butler University standout and professional NBA G League player, brings elite experience and strong character to coaching young 3rd and 4th grade athletes. Known for his discipline, leadership, and high basketball IQ, he makes the game fun and approachable while building strong fundamentals. He breaks down skills in ways young players can clearly understand and apply.

More importantly, Coach Dunham views basketball as a platform for eternal impact. He uses the game to teach perseverance, humility, teamwork, and accountability. For him, success is not just about development on the court, but about shaping young lives with lessons that transcend it.

Jack O'Flaherty | Academy Head Coach and Lead Trainer

Jack brings over ten years of experience in the youth sports industry and has helped build three different basketball programs in the Indy area.  Coach Jack has worked with players ranging from four-year-olds to professional athletes.  Jack really emphasizes technical and fundamental skills, keeping the game simple, and making the correct basketball play.  Coach loves encouraging and motivating players, always shooting to get the most out of them.  Coach Jack's core goal while coaching is to help his players find their love of the game

Ryan Gold | Academy Coach and Lead Trainer

Ryan Gold has dedicated the past 10 years to serving youth across Indiana through coaching, mentoring, and developing basketball talent. He previously spent time on staff at Cathedral High School, where he contributed to the program’s success and was part of the 2022 State Championship team during his final season with the school.  Coach Gold's ability to teach and motivate young hoopers is second to none in the Indy area and UNRNKD Hoops Academy and Training program is excited to have him.

Brandon Lafferman | Academy Head Coach

Coach Brandon Lafferman has spent almost 20 years coaching youth basketball in the Indy area.  After assisting a the high school level for several years, Brandon got his first High school Head coaching job in 2013 at University High School in Carmel.  He spent 10 seasons (all with winnings records) at University and compiled a 179-70 record, making him the all time winningest coach in school history.  In addition to his time coaching school ball, Coach Laff has had an outstanding career coaching youth, middle, and high school level athletes in the club team space.  Brandon is responsible for the creation of Primetime Basketball and Co-Founded Grand Park Premier.  After a lot of time working in management and the corporate side of the youth sports world, he is excited to work with the UNRNKD Hoops Academy.  His passion for the game and working with young hoopers is easy to see when you watch him run a practice or coach a game.  UNRNKD Hoops is excited to have Brandon in the building influencing our youth Academy and bringing his extensive knowledge of youth basketball to our gym.

David Logan | Academy Head Coach and Trainer

Coach Logan is a North Central High School Gradudate who went on to play 4 years at the University of Indianapolis.  He was the D2 National Player of the year in 2005, averaging 28.9 points per game, and recently was inducted into the University and Conference Hall of Fame.  David went on to play 19 years of professional basketball oversees and won 14 total cups and championships while competing in Europe.  A seven-time All-Star, Coach Logan brings some of the highest levels of basketball wisdom and experience in all of Indianapolis to the players at UNRNKD Hoops.  David works with the 5th/6th grade Academy athletes and runs several training groups per week at UNRNKD Hoops.

Michael Parker | Academy Head Coach

Coach Mike Parker is a performance coach, basketball trainer, and mentor dedicated to developing complete athletes both on and off the court. With a background in sports performance training, youth athlete development, and high school basketball coaching, he brings a unique blend of skill development, strength and conditioning, and mindset coaching to every player he works with.

Coach Mike strongly aligns with the UNRNKD philosophy — prioritizing growth, character, work ethic, and long-term development over rankings, hype, or shortcuts. His approach focuses on building confident, skilled, and coachable players who understand the game, trust their preparation, and compete the right way. In addition to working with UNRNKD Hoops, Mike is currently part of the high school staff at Bishop Chatard in Indianapolis.

Matt Golitko | Nike EYBL Champions Head Coach (16u)

Matt Golitko is a founding member of UNRNKD Hoops. A native of Indiana, he graduated as his high school’s all-time leading scorer and earned recognition as a Hoosier Basketball Magazine Top 40 selection. He went on to compete at the Division I level in both basketball and baseball in the Patriot League at Lafayette College.  After completing college and law school, Matt returned to Indiana, where he has practiced law for more than 25 years. His coaching experience spans multiple AAU circuits, including the inaugural season of the Nike Jr. EYBL. He will lead our 16U UNRNKD EYBL Champions team this spring and summer.

Mo Berryhill | Nike EYBL Champions Head Coach (15u)

Maurice Berryhill is a dedicated basketball trainer and coach at UNRNKD, committed to developing athletes both on and off the court through high-level training, discipline, and competitive environments. A former student at the University of the Cumberlands (2008), Maurice brings over 8 years of AAU coaching experience and a proven track record of success.

His coaching background includes serving as Varsity Assistant Head Coach at Thrival Indy Academy (2020–2023) and Freshman Head Coach at Shortridge High School (2023–2024). In 2024, he led a Jr. EYBL 8th-grade team to an undefeated season and a Runner-Up finish in the Jr. EYBL Championship. Maurice has also been part of Back-to-Back AAU World Championship teams in 2022 and 2023.

Known for his energy, leadership, and player development focus, Maurice is passionate about building confident, skilled, and mentally strong athletes ready to compete at the next level.

Chris Thomas | Elite Trainer

Christopher Thomas (CT) was born and raised in Rockford IL and was a standout point guard at Harlem High School.   A modernizer in the world of basketball training, CT is founder and owner of “100% Hoops, LLC” which has created a standard for combining high-level performance training based on sports science of functional movement with fundamental basketball drills and exercises.  In addition to his role as an elite trainer with UNRNKD Hoops, CT travels extensively to help basketball players worldwide.  Some events he leads training at around the world include the Jordan Brand Classic (International)• Jordan Brand Classic (Brooklyn)•MADE Hoops Middle School Academy (Brooklyn)• Maya Moore Academies (Minneapolis)• NBA Player International Tours(LeBron James, Kevin Durant, Kobe Bryant)• John Lucas Camps (Nation-wide)• Boo Williams Basketball (Hampton)• AND MANY MANY MORE!
